چکیده

Because frequency load identification method will confront with the ill-posed problem of finding the inverse of coefficient matrix and it can only identify one load source, a new uncorrelated multi-source load identification algorithm based on linear regression and least-squares of generalized matrix inverse is proposed. According to response signals of multi-spot, this new algorithm can identify uncorrelated multi-source loads in frequency domain at the same time. Based on the assumptions of linear stochastic system and uncorrelated loads, the new algorithm combines transfer function of liner system, least-squares of generalized matrix inverse and linear regression model. Multi-source load identification experiment results on vibration and acoustic multisource data set in cylindrical shell validate that this algorithm could basically meet the dynamic random load precision requirement of 3 db at last. Some Modifications to Calculate Regression Coefficients in Multiple Linear Regression

In a multiple linear regression model, there are instances where one has to update the regression parameters. In such models as new data become available, by adding one row to the design matrix, the least-squares estimates for the parameters must be updated to reflect the impact of the new data. We will modify two existing methods of calculating regression coefficients in multiple linear regres...

Acoustic Model Identification Using Inverse Model

Sound measured at various points around the environment can be evaluated by a series of multi-pole sources and their acoustic strength can be acquired. In this numerical study, a method, called the inverse method, was examined to achieve this goal. A variety of arrangements of different sources were considered and the acoustic strength of these sources was acquired. Through the application of t...

Inverse Source Identification based on Acoustic Particle Velocity Measurements

A general applicable acoustic source identification method is the inverse frequency response function technique (IFRF). In the standard IFRF method acoustic pressures measured on a grid in the nearfield of the acoustic source are used. To relate the measured field pressures to the normal velocities on the surface of the source, a transfer matrix is calculated with a boundary element method. The...

Free and Forced Transverse Vibration Analysis of Moderately Thick Orthotropic Plates Using Spectral Finite Element Method

In the present study, a spectral finite element method is developed for free and forced transverse vibration of Levy-type moderately thick rectangular orthotropic plates based on first-order shear deformation theory. Levy solution assumption was used to convert the two-dimensional problem into a one-dimensional problem. In the first step, the governing out-of-plane differential equations are tr...

Source Identification in Structural Acoustics with an Inverse Frequency Response Function Technique

Inverse source identification based on acoustic measurements is essential for the investigation and understanding of sound fields generated by structural vibrations of various devices and machinery. Acoustic pressure measurements performed on a grid in the nearfield of a surface can be used to determine the vibration pattern of the surface at the frequency of interest. A general applicable meth...
